Product details

LinkSwitch - XT2 in monolithic IC used a 725 V / 900 V power MOSFET, oscillator, simple on/off control, a high voltage switching current source, frequency modulation, week period flow and the heat off circuit.Start and work of power directly from the drain pins, without using offset winding and the related circuit.
